What?! It's not quite just right? Dang, we thought we got it right this time. 

No worries though, we're happy to fix it. We offer FREE exchanges. We've made it super simple too. 

 

Just follow these steps: 

  1. Use the order number from your confirmation email.
  2. Enter the email address, phone number, or zip code associated with the order.
  3. Follow the prompts from there on out! You can choose Exchanges, Store Credit, or Refunds from the drop down menu.

 

START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

It is our goal to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag must still be attached to item) within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a product exchange or refund. 

We offer FREE, pre-paid shipping on both returns and exchanges.  When conducting a return for a refund, a restocking/handling fee of 10% per item of the full value will be deducted from the refund amount.Completed services, such as shipping will not be inluded in this refund.

If you are returning items from multiple orders, you CANNOT return them together, they must be sent back with the return shipping label generated for that particular order.

If the item is in a condition (i.e. previously worn, washed or damaged) that doesn't allow us to resell, we will NOT be able to issue an exchange or return. If customer wishes receive said item(s) back, they are responsible for covering postage.

RSVLTS products are limited run. If you are looking to exchange an item that is sold out, you will be contacted about choosing an alternative item in the same price range, receiving store credit, or being issued a refund. 

Swimwear Returns: We cannot accept any swimwear that has been worn or washed. If the hang tag or additional labels to maintain sanitation have been removed from the swimsuit or it has been worn, we cannot accept the item for return/exchange. 

Free return shipping: applies only to U.S. orders. If you live outside of the United States and need to process a return or exchange, please review the section on International Returns before contacting customer support at store@rsvlts.com

Limited edition items: All items marked limited edition on the product page are final sale and are not available for return, exchange or refund 

Store Credit: If you are returning an item for RSVLTS Store Credit the sub-total of the price paid will be issued.  

Instant Exchange

Instant Exchanges will be processed and shipped out immediately. 

Swap out for a different size or use the Shop Now feature to shop for something new.

Just make sure to send back the original item(s) within 14 days to avoid being charged. 

 

Regular Exchange

Regular Exchanges will be processed upon delivery of the returned product to our fulfillment facility. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. 

 

Return for Refund or Store Credit

Returns will be processed upon delivery of the returned product to our fulfillment facility. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. 

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of 10% per item.

Return submitted, but no Return Label provided

Exchanges and returns that require a photo upload of the item will be manually reviewed and processed. The Return Label will be sent to you as soon as this process is complete (within 1-3 business days during store hours).

 

Instant Exchange: did you charge my card?!

No need to worry, this is just a pending authorization to ensure sufficient funds. You will only be charged if the items being returned are not in the mail after the allotted time expires (14 days). 

 

Update delivery address for exchange shipment

You will have the option to edit the delivery address for an exchange shipment after  clicking Submit Return on the Review Your Return page. Once your return has been submitted, scroll down to the Customer Information overview and select Edit in order to modify the address. 

 

We're currently unable to accept returns from your country. 

International orders are eligible for returns for store credit or refunds, only. At this time, we are unable to provide return shipping labels or accept exchanges for international orders. But stay tuned - international fulfillment is in the works!

Complete the form by filling out your information, then select the item you wish to return and the different type of return option that you’d like to proceed with.

Welcome to the Holiday Shopping Season. Here is some important information so you don't show up empty handed.

November 11, 2023 through Decemeber 15, 2023, orders made with RSVLTS are offered an extended 30 day return window in addition to RSVLTS' standard time period. 

Items that are clearly marked as final sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed prior to a price adjustment, additional discounts, or Flash Sales are NOT eligible for sales prices to be retroactively applied and difference refunded.

Rain checks on sales prices will not be offered. Sales prices are only applicable during said sales duration, and they are subject to change at any time. 

ALL DOORBUSTERS ARE FINAL SALE. IN THE EVENT OF A SELL OUT, RSVLTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE OR PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH EQAUL EQUIVALENT FOR ANY FINAL SALE ITEM.

RSVLTS standard fulfillment time is 1-3 business days. But, during the holiday season, please allow at least 3-5 days for your order to be fulfilled. The holidays are hectic for everyone. Just look at the Wet Bandits.

RSVLTS reserves the right for a customer service representative to edit or makes changes to an order if evidence of a discrepancy or tomfoolery is found.

Due to the exponential increase in online shopping this year, all carriers are handling more packages than ever. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delays in packages being scanned into the various tracking systems that these carriers offer. 

Due to this, the typical update is taking 3-4 days, but we've also seen it take up to 10 days to see any movement. 

We know the delays can be frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped, is en route, and is in the hands of the carrier. They will process and deliver it as soon as they can, and we'll be working to ensure this is done as swiftly as possible.

TRACK ORDER

 

1. Use the six digit number from your confirmation email (hint: it should look something like this - 100401).

2. Input the email address that was used to complete your order.

 

It generally takes around 1-2 business days for tracking info to display properly on the tracking page. 

You can also use the tracking number provided by the postal service of choice to look up your order directly.

COVID-19 has disrupted the entire shipping and supply chain industry. Due to this, fulfillment and final delivery could be delayed upwards of 5-7 business days. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding the status of your order.

Shipping Times vary by location and shipping option you choose. We ship out of California. Once fulfilled, the West Coast typically experiences 3-6 business days for delivery, while the East Coast typically experiences 5-7 business days for delivery for the slowest option.

If your tracking page says "Accepted" or "Pre-shipment" by USPS, this means it is currently en route. Sometimes the tracking information isn't perfect and misses a scan along the way but rest assured, it is en route should be there in a few days.

Bad weather, holidays or other factors outside of our control may affect shipping. We advise contacting the carrier about delays if any issues arise.

If something is listed "Pre-sale" you must select the check box acknowledging the estimated ship date on the item page. Please note that this date is just an estimate - it may ship a few days earlier or later than the estimated date. 

Performance

We want to be as transparent as possible with our order processing and shipping times.  We will update this sheet as often as possible.

  • USPS San Diego Processing (Average): 2 Business Days
  • USPS Shipping (Average): 3.5 Business Days

If your tracking number says the item was delivered but you can't find it fear not. This happens from time to time. It is all going to be ok.

Just simply give your local Post Office a quick call (look up the phone number here) and ask them to do an advanced search with your tracking number.

They'll be able to reach out to the delivery person who dropped it off and there is also a good chance they are holding your delivery at the post office for pick up because the address was either unsecure or unable to receive deliveries from USPS. 

If the advanced search doesn't work don't freak out! It's all going to be ok.

RSVLTS now offers select international purchasing!

Our international shipping has started with Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. But, we have global domination on our minds. So if your country wasn’t listed, stay tuned. 

Shipping times will vary by country and shipping method you choose. 

We ship from our warehouse in San Diego California, so once our team has your package en route, a lot of that depends on how fast your local postal workers are. 

We ship via DHL, FedEx option coming soon. 

For the best estimate of your delivery, use the tracking info provided. The average transit time is estimated to be 10-21 business days.

International orders are eligible for only refunds or store credit, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes RSVLTS to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees RSVLTS may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

VAT:There is a standard 20% VAT tax accessed by HMRC that is due on all RSVLTS orders regardless of amount. 

TL/DR, when you place an order, regardless of the amount, a 20% VAT is added.Import Duties:

UK ORDERS OVER £135 GBP:

The standard 20% VAT tax is due... and an additional Duty tax will be added on. Ouch!  So that means as soon as your shopping cart goes from £134 GBP to £135 GBP you must pay an additional duty fee.  

TL/DR, when you place an order that is over £135 GBP, you must pay the duty fee plus 20% VAT fee.

  • Cold cycle and hang dry or tumble dry low. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting.

Short Sleeve Button Ups - 100% Bamboo and 100% Rayon

  • Dry clean recommended. Or machine wash cold cycle, hang dry only. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting.

Windbreaker Jackets & Bomber Jackets

  • Cold cycle and hang dry or tumble dry low. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting.

Men's and Women's Swim - 100% Polyester, 90% Polyester/10% Spandex

  • Cold cycle and hang dry or tumble dry low. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting.

Long Sleeve Button Ups

  • Cold cycle and hang dry or tumble dry low. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting and turn the shirt inside out.

T-shirts & Hoodies

  • As with any t-shirt or hoodie, if you want to retain the color and size, we recommend cold cycle and hang dry. If you need to iron make sure you do so on the lowest setting and do not iron the screen print of crew neck t-shirts or hoodies. 

Hats:

  • We do not recommend washing hats

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email on file for your order and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. 

There is no physical gift card that will be mailed to you.

Gift cards never expire. 

Once issued, gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. For security reasons, we cannot look up a gift card numbers so keep it safe.

Separate orders CANNOT be combined to eliminate shipping costs. 

However, if circumstances arise out of a customer's control (i.e. There is an error on the RSVLTS website backend that prevents a purchase), special accommodations may be possible.

Pre-sale offers customers the chance to purchase high demand items in advance of its full release. Our most popular items have the tendency to sell out very quick so this guarantees everyone the chance to own the item they've been eyeing.

On the item page we list the ESTIMATED shipping date. In many cases, the item will ship out a few days before the estimated ship date, but as with any large scale production and there can be hurdles and delays along the way.

If shopping for or purchasing any additional items with a pre-sale item, the entire order will not ship until the estimated shipping date of the pre-sale item.

Trust us, we do everything in our ability to get you your items as fast as humanly possible. Please refer to each item page for specific status updates.

Size or style you need sold out? Have no Fear!

If your product is sold out, you can sign up for a restocking email notification by clicking the size you need on the product page to be one of the first to know when something is back in stock. 

Restocking Emails are only sent out when there is a full inventory restock. RSVLTS does not send out restocking emails for partial restocks or when small amounts of inventory are added back to the site.

Drops typically take place on Friday on the RSVLTS App. 

In the spirit of fairness, all RSVLTS Drops are final sale. No returns or exchanges are allowed. 

All garments are labeled with their country of origin.

RSVLTS offers a modern true to fit size.

If you're typically between sizes, our recommendation depends on your personal preference.

For a more casual or loose fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. For a more tailored or custom fit, we recommend choosing the smaller size.

In the off chance that the size you select doesn't fit, keep in mind that we do offer free exchanges for 30 days on most items. Start the exchange process here.

RSVLTS Boxer Briefs

We like to think the sizing of our hats are pretty standard but we suggest if you have any doubts size up to be certain.


Our promo codes must be applied at the point of check out. To apply a promo code, simply paste the promo code into the promo code field in the shopping cart and that should do the trick.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined or stacked with other codes or promotions.Promos Codes are one time use only.

We cannot retroactively apply promo codes after check out, so if you are having any issues please reach out to us before checking out. 

We are not responsible for promo codes that don't work. Promo codes are only valid for a designated time period.

Points are accumulated with every purchase, 10 points for every $1 spent. Points cannot be added retroactively from orders made before the creation of your Rewards Account.

RSVLTS Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

I. General Terms

1. Membership Eligibility: The RSVLTS Rewards program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and residents of the United States. Each member is limited to one account. By participating in the RSVLTS Rewards program, members agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Accumulation and Use of Points: Points are earned on qualifying purchases and can be accumulated over time. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and are not valid for resale or transfer.

3. Rewards Redemption: Points can be redeemed for various rewards as specified by RSVLTS, LLC. The availability of rewards may change, and rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

4. Product-Specific Rewards and Exclusions: Rewards may be applicable to specific products, and exclusions may apply. RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to designate certain products as ineligible for redemption using rewards points.

5. Reward Codes: Reward Codes are for one-time use only. They are not returned if a purchase is canceled or if a pruchase is retutned for a refund or credit.

6. Fair Use and Unfair Usage: Any unfair usage, gaming, or exploitation of the rewards system may result in removal from the program. Unfair usage includes, but is not limited to:

    - Exploiting bugs or errors in the rewards system.

    - Using bots, automated methods, or other deceptive tactics to accumulate points.

    - Creating multiple accounts per individual.

    - Engaging in any form of deceitful behavior to earn or redeem points.

RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes unfair usage at its sole discretion.

7. Program Changes and Termination: RSVLTS, LLC reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the rewards program or any aspect of it at any time. This includes the ability to revoke, expire, or remove points at our discretion. The terms and conditions of the program, including points and rewards structures, may be modified at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability: RSVLTS, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the RSVLTS Rewards program.

9. Privacy and Data Usage: Member information will be used in accordance with the RSVLTS, LLC Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to the RSVLTS Rewards program will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

It is always RSVLTS’ goal to make sure you are totally satisfied with every purchase, but there are some things you should be aware of before making your purchase during these special events and occasions:

 

  • Purchases made at an event are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

  • If this is your first purchase with RSVLTS, we always offer samples to try on to find your perfect fit; be sure to take advantage before paying as all sales are final.

  • Exclusives available at an event are ONLY available at events, these exclusives will not be available for purchase at a later date via the RSVLTS website or app. 

  • Event exclusives are limited to one per person.

  • Before leaving the event, be sure to check your purchase for any inconsistencies or problems. If there is an issue with your purchase, our on-site staff will be the ONLY people who will be able to help. Our online support team will NOT be able to assist you with any customer service needs after the event.

  • Purchases made at an event do NOT earn points towards your RSVLTS Rewards Account, nor can existing points be applied to a purchase during an event. Only online/app purchases earn rewards points.

  • If you are eligible to receive a discount on your purchase with RSVLTS at an event, you are only eligible for one discount. Discounts cannot be combined or stacked.
